About WDI USA
Women's Declaration International USA (WDI USA) is a nonpartisan, feminist human rights organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the sex-based rights of women and girls. Guided by the Declaration on Women's Sex-Based Rights, WDI USA advocates for laws, policies, and public education that recognize biological sex as the basis for women's legal protections.
Our Focus Areas
Our work focuses on safeguarding women's rights in areas including freedom of expression, reproductive integrity, single-sex spaces, sports, political participation, and protections from sex-based violence. We also advocate for children's rights to evidence-based education and protection from irreversible medical interventions related to gender identity.
How We Work
Through research, public education, legal advocacy, and community engagement, WDI USA works to ensure that the human rights of women and girls remain grounded in biological reality and protected under international human rights principles.
